Return Policy

Here at PetProducts-4Less, we provide our customers with the best products and the best customer service. We want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Our returns process is quick and simple, and the policies we have in place ensure that we can continually offer our customers the best products at the lowest prices.

  • Returns need to be requested within 30 days of receipt and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Initial and return shipping charges are not refundable. Defective item are covered by manufacturers warranty and will be replaced quickly by the
    manufacturer.
  • All returns must have a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. No returns will be accepted without
        receiving prior return authorization.
  • Merchandise must be undamaged in a new resalable condition, in the original packaging and must include
        manuals, blank warranty cards and all accessories provided by the manufacturer. All returns will be inspected
        by our returns specialists. All orders receive a minimum 15% restocking fee deduction from the returned
        amount. Partial returns and/or damages will NOT receive a full credit up to an addition 20% will be
        assessed. Items damaged through “wear and tear” or due to return shipping damage will receive
        PARTIAL or NO CREDIT at the discretion of PetProducts-4Less.com.
  • If the item returned is NOT free of pet hair, debris and/or odor, your refund will be less than the original
        charge to you or no refund at all.

  • Item Number of product(s) being returned

  • If any of this information is missing from your email, NO Return Authorization will be issued.
        NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • If these instructions are followed properly, you should receive your Return Authorization Number via email
       within 3-4 business days.
  • Please allow 14-30 business days, although it is often less, for your return to be inspected and for accounting
        to issue your credit.
  • Depending on your bank, it may take 3-5 business days for you to see your creit once it has been issued.

  • Order Cancellations

    We strive to process your order as quickly as possible in order to get it to you in a very timely manner. If you decide you must cancel your order, please do so by calling our customer service number at within 4 business hours of order placement. No e-mailed cancellations can be accepted. Orders cancelled after the 4 hour limit, but before shipment, will be charged a 10% cancellation fee. Once the order has shipped, it becomes our customer’s responsibility and a Return Authorization Number must be obtained once your order has arrived.

    Refused Orders

    Should you decide that you wish to refuse receipt of an item when delivered by UPS, USPS, FedEx or common carrier and legitimately ordered from us, credit will be issued for the item, minus shipping charges and minus a 20% restocking fee. The credit will be issued once the item has been returned to us and after inspection by our return specialists.

    Incorrect Items Delivered?

    Problem with your order? In the unlikely event that there is a discrepancy with your order, such as an incorrect item or a damaged item, please call our customer service line at within 14 calendar days. Unfortunately, we may be unable to correct any issues outside of that time frame.

    Return Policy Exceptions

    1 - All PIF-300 Wireless containment system returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. The initial cost of shipping will also be deducted from any refund. Also, any Instant Fence accessories or related items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

    2 - Electronic Pet Products (Dog Fences, Training Collars, Bark Collars) We offer a 60 day return policy on electronic pet products. Return requests must be submitted within 60 days of the Invoice date. Product must be returned in an new condition, in unopened packaging, otherwise, you may incur restocking fees. Deductions will be made for open packaging, missing items, and damaged or dirty items. Initial cost of shipping, even if represented as free can not be credited back.

    3 - Pet Gear brand products cannot be returned and do not qualify for a refund.

    4 - Muttluks HotDoggers are only inteded for a limited number of uses, therefore are considered disposable and cannot be accepted as a return.
